A cross between Glee and Mamma Mia, according to its producers, this musical television series created by Eytan Fox (The Bubble, Yossi & Jagger) traces the path of a young man in search for his mother. His quest becomes a real obsession and leads him to Tel Aviv where he becomes a successful singer in a transvestite cabaret. This blazing melodrama is full of hilarious and deeply moving moments, provoking laughter and tears throughout the four episodes, which seem far too short for us. We want more !
