Synopsis
The shows of the prestigious Takarazuka school are always full. Japanese of all ages go there to admire the men who are seductive, and tender, fantasies of the ideal man. But only fantasies because the role are played by young women. Surprising transvestites, in a society were masculine and feminine are open questions. A fascinating documentary on the contradictions of gender, desire and sexual identity in Japanese society.
